Kristina Natt och Dag, PhD, MA
I’m Kristina Natt och Dag, an organizational development leader with more than 15 years of global experience helping people and organizations grow through leadership development, culture transformation, and merger integration. My work focuses on guiding teams through complexity, aligning culture with strategy, and building the foundations for sustainable success.
As Vice President of Education & Development at the North Carolina Medical Society, I led initiatives that strengthened physician leadership, advanced professional development, and deepened community engagement. I also directed the North Carolina Consortium for Clinician Resilience and Well-Being (NCCPRW), a statewide collaboration dedicated to addressing clinician stress and burnout. My decade in healthcare gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of the system, the immense pressures medical professionals face, and the critical need for resilient, compassionate leadership in times of change.
Earlier in my career, I worked with Integral in Copenhagen, where I supported merger integration and culture alignment during a major Nordic bank merger. I also partnered with Estée Lauder Companies across Europe to design and deliver education strategies that strengthened collaboration and supported local market growth. These international experiences taught me how to translate big ideas across sectors and cultures—always with an eye toward practical impact and human connection.
I’m passionate about helping people and organizations create environments where they can truly thrive. For me, leadership is both a mindset and a practice—one rooted in curiosity, accountability, and collaboration. I love working with clients to unlock potential at every level and help teams navigate change with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, Magnus, and our two children, Alexander and Emma, whose schedules are happily full of soccer, volleyball, and competitive dance in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Rounding out our family is Ivan, our small four-legged companion with a big personality who keeps us all laughing.
I am excited to partner with clients who value authentic connection and growth, bringing my experience and passion to help you create lasting, positive change.
